Lower Back Pain, Difficulty In Standing Straight And Feeling Stiff. What Should I Do To Ease The Pain?

I have a lower back pain, it is centred around my tail-bone and hurts when I try to stand or move. It is very difficult to stand up straight and I feel very stiff. When I cough I get a sharp pain in the area around my tail-bone. What should I do to ease the pain?
