Question : What does considering ischemia or aspecific change mean? How does it get fixed?

I am so sorry to hear about this finding and probably all the inconvenience this has caused you. I have reviewed this information fully and this is just to say that something doesn’t look normal but the exact cause is not know. Unless you have any specific symptoms or worries, this is an incidental finding and in most cases has no pathological bearing or importance. Is it also possible you upload the entire report for review so that I can be able to tell what the exact contest and area this is referring to is? At times commenting solely on the results could be misleading and may not be comprehensive enough.

I have the EKG and can attach it to an email to you, would that help? Here is what is identified in that:

sinus arrhythmia
premature ventricular complexes
incomplete RBBB
QRS = 114 ms
RSR' in V1 V2
R' >R in V1
minor mid-and left-precordial and high-lateral repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, or aspecific change
negative T in V6 with flat or low negative T in I aV1 V3 V4 V5
Borderline ECG

P/PR: 114/146 ms
QRS: 114 ms
QT/QTc: 446/407 ms
P/QES/T Axis:19/1/-17 deg
Heart rate: 50BPM

I have reviewed this information and the strip. This is clearly not normal and requires that you talk to a cardiologist for detailed evaluation and management. Do you have any disease condition such as diabètes or hypertension? Have you ever had any previous EKGs?
