It is really difficult to confirm from limited images.
It may need images of different sequences like FLAIR,PD and contrast images for proper diagnosis of MS.
MS is one of the possibility based on images.However it should be clinically correlated.There are many typical clinical findings associated with MS which should be evaluated by a neurologist.
Other differential diagnosis may be vascular lesions,post traumatic lesions etc.
You may need clinical correlation and follow up MRI to see progression of lesions.
Though location of lesions are typical for MS but it is important to exclude other causes.
