Question: I have little black dots on an MRI of my brain. Could those be micro bleeds? Is there anyway I can send a photo so someone can view it and tell me their opinion? Thank you!

I forgot to mention the reason I got the MRI is because I have complete numbness in my left arm. I am extremely tired and I have been very dizzy. I also have had confusion and I fainted last week.

Brief Answer:
Dark dots are called as flow voids and these are normal findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through the image in detail. There is a single image uploaded four times(Probably due to technical error).
There are few black dots in image and these are called as flow voids. It is due to flowing nature of blood in blood vessels.
Moving blood gives no signal in MRI and these are called as flow voids.
It is not concerning, these are normal findings in MRI(Brain).

Left arm numbness, dizziness may be due to cervical spine problem. It need proper clinical evaluation. You may also need MRI of cervical spine.
Tiredness and faintness may be due to many reasons,it need proper evaluation.
