Brief Answer:
Can take calcium.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have gone through your report ,at the age of 32 t-score of -3.9 is very low .In my opinion you need to repeat the test, till than you can start calcium daily and vit D3 60000 IU once a week,it has no harm to take calcium.Low calcium in bone lead to bone pain and increase in fracture risk.
I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Repeat test will help in confirmation of the genuinity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
She can take Tab. Corcium D3 twice a day with milk. It contains both calcium and D3. A low level of T score at her age is not likely with no previous history of bone disease. It can be a machine error and needs to be repeated from some reliable laboratory. Till then taking calcium supplements for 4-6 weeks is not harmful.
Hope my answer is helpful.
