Brief Answer:
DO you have any symptoms like loss of balance? Neurological?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this finding and all the inconveniences this must have caused you. Do you have any symptoms that prompted this MRI to be done? If there are no symptoms, I will say this is probably an opportunistic finding that presents no pathological meaning. This is even more plausible as the dimensions of 2mm is a very tiny to cause any significant worries.

If you have brain related symptoms, then we would want to look more into this to understand what is happening. The main function of the cerebellum is in balance and if you have had any such symptoms, then let me know. In this case, I will also suggest that you upload the full report as an attached file for review.

In all, the dimensions are so small and make this more likely to be a non specific opportunistic finding. Unless, otherwise warranted by ill health, I will not want to investigate more at this time.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Have you seen a neurologist?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for uploading the report.

I have read through and reviewed the mentioned symptoms as well. With symptoms, I will not totally disregard this though most of these symptoms but for tremors would not be explained by a problem in the cerebellum. The size and lack of effects on neighboring structures makes it to be less likely pathological. However, I will recommend that you get a full neurological exam to look for clinical clues that can add more meaning to this observed lesion. A neurologist would be the best person to contact for this.

Keep me updated about this. For now, stay calm, avoid positions that make you feel dizzy to avoid risk of falls and associated complications.

I wish you well.

Could these symptoms be caused by the paranasal sinus disease

Also can a nonspecific punctate be a anyuerism

Brief Answer:
Yes, symptoms could be related to paranasal disease!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms may be related to paranasal disease but they are not all explained by this. Tinnitus is not common in this condition. It is more related with nasal obstruction, mucus drainage, etc.

A punctuate finding could be related to aneurysm as well as many other nonspecific findings. Because this was not specifically mentioned, I will not want to think so at this time. Making a wrong conclusion may lead to a potential miss if there is something more to this. I will recommend that we follow up and obtain answers before settling on what the exact cause of this is,

I hope this helps. I wish you well and would gladly address any more worried that you may have at this time.
