Question : Hi Doctor, Yesterday i have gone Colonoscopy test and below are findings. Indication:- Chronic Diarrhea Illeum :- Terminal Ileal Erosions- Biopsy taken to look for Infective/Inflammatory Bowel disease Rectum :- Grade1 Internoexternal Haemorrhoids with Healed Fissure in Ano Caecum, Ascending colon, Transverse colon , Descending colon ,Sigmoid colon :- Normal Please suggest me 1) Solution for above 2) Is it curable with medicines 100% 3) Diet (what to avoid and what to take more)

But it is difficult to give a reply without the biopsy report. You have chronic diarrhea and the colonoscopy is showing some lesions in the terminal part of the small intestine. Only the biopsy report will reveal what the lesions are. Only after knowing what lesions they are, an opinion can be given. Kindly get back to me with the biopsy report once it is ready.
