What Does My Follicle Study Report Indicate?

I have been trying to conceive over a year now.
Am 30 and I took Clomid 100g from day 2-6 of my last period.My LMP was on 6th Dec.I am doing my follicle study and there were 2 eggs one 19mm and other 24mm yesterday.Today the USG doc told me that my dominant follicle has ruptured. Am on day 20 of my cycle. Is there any chance of conception as the rupture is too late ?? Also my usual cycle is 28-30 days and I do not have PCOS or irregular cycles. last month we did a follicle study and the follice did not rupture till day 18 and the size was 22mm then. This time I insisted that we check till day 21 and the doctor agreed.

Rupture time of follicle is different in different women and vary from one cycle to other and even vary with clomiphene stimulation so there are good chances of conception specially when you have normal ultrasound and hormone levels.
