Brief Answer:
Saw all the reports, will answer one by one.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

1) First of all,I would say about blood reports:

Slightly elevated eosinophils and SGPT,SGOT

SGPT and SGOT are highly sensitive liver function tests and they might get easily elevated even with fatty meal or even by mild alcohol intake. It does not have any clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual. I would not be personally worried about this findings.

Your eosinophils counts are slightly elevated which could be due to allergy, parasitic infections or auto immune,it can be rarely due to malignancy but in your case it could be related to some allergy.

Rest of all blood reports are completely normal.

2) X-ray chest is showing prominent broncho-vascular markings in bilateral lower zones which may be due to many reasons like age related or in smokers or allergic bronchitis or some infection but there is almost no chance of having any bacterial or viral infection in your case as your routine blood counts are normal.

However,I would not be worried about this finding as a treating physician especially in the absence of clinical symptoms of yours.

3) High TSH value (5.64) indicates hypothyroidism.

So,you should start with Tab.Thyronorm 25 mcg (in my opinion) once daily and get thyroid tests (TSH) again after 1 month. You can consult your physician for the same who will know about how to start thyroid medications.

Also,it will require some time to stabilize the exact dosage initially but once the dosage will be set then you can go for thyroid testing every 3 to 6 monthly or as advised by your doctor.

Take thyroid tablet (Thyronorm) on empty stomach to get maximum absorption from the stomach as food might interfere with its absorption.

Hope this detailed information will be helpful and if you have any doubt, you can ask me at anytime.

Brief Answer:
Take oral vitamin B12.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Vitamin B12 lab value (240) is not low but clinically it should be above 500 pg/ml to avoid any symptoms (like tingling or numbness or fatigue) related to its deficiency.

You can take cobalamine (vitamin B12) 1500 mcg daily.

I am giving some popular brand names, you can try anyone of that. You can go for serum B12 testing after 6 to 8 weeks.

1) Neurobion forte or
2) Nervijen.

If you have 0.5 number in right eye, then you can start wearing respective spectacles after consulting eye specialist. However, spects usually not required in 0.5 number unless you have difficulty in reading.

If there is headache sometimes, then you can take over the counter pain killer on as and when required basis.
