Question: A test on morphological differentiation was carried out on me at the laboratory and the result shows the following count 2 million ,PH 8.0 ,pin 63%, pus cells 3 -, protein (+), dead66%, sluggish 19%, colour Grey white, volume 1.0m/seminar, Viscosity hypouscid, active 25% ,culture yielded Heavy growth of staph gureus isolated.A drug called ofloxacin was recommended it was used by l did not see the effect .Please help me out am 55 year of age (male)with a daughter . Hello

Your findings may indicate infection with low motility and low count.

You may need antibiotics depend upon sensitivity report.Bacteria may be resistant to some antibiotics.
You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,semen culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of scrotum.

Motility is low.Normally it should be at least 55 %.

Sperm count is also low.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.

Other findings like pH,morphology,volume etc are normal.

Findings are expected to improve with control of infection.
