Brief Answer:
Major findings are raised cholesterol level,HsCRP and low vitamin D level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Major findings are raised cholesterol level,HsCRP and low vitamin D level.

At this stage,I only advise for diet and life style changes for raised cholesterol and LDL level.
Avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
If findings persists then you may need tablet atorvastatin 10 mg.

I also suggest to take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, jaggery, dates etc.

Avoid foods rich in purines due to mildly raised uric acid level.Avoid red meat etc.

You may also need vitamin D supplementation.Take one vitamin D tablet weekly for eight weeks then one tablet can be taken once monthly for six months.
Take calcium rich foods like milk and its products.
Expose yourself to sunlight for atleast five minutes daily.

Raised HsCRP may be related to infection/inflammation.It need proper clinical evaluation. It may be related to joint pain etc.

Other findings are almost normal and not concerning.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
