Question : Uterus is bulky(94*46mm). AV Endomtrium thickness is 19.5 mm and regular throughout its length Myometrium normal. Cervix normal. An irregular iso-echoic lesion is noted coming out of external Os into the vagina(29*17) . Age 43. What does that mean?

I think it could be an endometrial polyp from the cavity and coming out of cervix.
I suggest you to consult a gynaecologist and get a speculam examination to confirm.In the same sitting it can be removed and an endometrial sampling can be done.
