Greetings from Dr. Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

I went through your query. Your Triglycerides levels is slightly elevated . For this level there is no need for medications . You can just follow low cholesterol diet and do exercise.

Diet : Avoid Sweets, non veg food ( Especially Mutton, beef, egg yolk, ), Avoid Panner, butter, cheese, Avoid Potatoes.

Exercise: Do daily aerobic exercise like brisk walking, jogging, running, cycling at least 20 minutes per day.

Repeat your Lipid Profile test after 3 months and review.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can take Almonds.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Your CKD status will not be a problem in consuming Almonds. Yes Almonds do help in improving Cholesterol.

But since they also contain high amount of calories that extra calories has to be burnt by doing exercise . In that way you can reduce your bad cholesterol and increase your HDL also.

You can start with 1/4 th of a cup or less than that per day.
