Question: My Semen analysis report says sperm count is 20mn/ml(with a gap 2 days)
Motility:40%
RLP:20%
SLP:10%
NPM:10%

Morphology:<01%

please suggest

I have carefully considered the details provided. The motility is on the lower side and so is the count as is the number of cells with normal morphology. In such a case, Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) or even In vitro fertilization (IVF) are not likely to be successful and Intracytoplastic Cell Injection (ICSI) should be the right choice for you.

However, in some cases, the fertility expert might consider a round or two of IUI (just taking chances) before he actually attempts an ICSI. Please discuss about it with your fertility expert/gynecologist.
