Brief Answer:
Anti sperm antibody testing-via ASA ELISA KIT.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

In spite of normal seminal parameters an individual may sometimes not conceive,in such cases other factors/causes have to be ruled out.

In many cases antibodies are formed against motile sperms. The anti-sperm antibodies can bind to sperm, inhibiting the movement of the sperm, stopping recognition and entry into the egg, or targeting sperm for destruction when they reach the female reproductive tract.

These antibodies are the cause of approximately 7% of male infertility incidences.
These antibodies can be tested in the lab environment.

If more than 10% of the sperm are bound to anti-sperm antibodies (ASA), then infertility is suspected. The ASA detection with ASA ELISA kit offers a valuable prognostic indicator in the diagnosis of infertility.

The ASA ELISA kits are intended for use in the detection of 3 types of Anti-Spermatozoa IgM/IgG/IgA Antibodies (ASAs) in human serum.

Appropriate action can be taken if these antibodies are detected.

Likewise Serum Testosterone and Scrotal Ultrasound Doppler have to be done additionally to pick up causes related to testis and Vas deferens.

Review with the reports.

Hope I have clarified your query.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Tab CoQ forte and Becozinc will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

Since your sperm motility is borderline I advised you ASA ELISA testing.

You can wait for another 6 months trying to conceive without any tests as per your sexual history with your wife.

To improve sperm motility,I advise you to take Tab CoQ forte one tab daily and Tab Becozinc One tab daily for 6 months each.

These drugs are known to improve sperm motility to a large extent.

But in case if your wife still do not conceive after 6 months,Its better to have ASA ELISA test.

Post your further queries if any
Thank you.
