Brief Answer:
Semen culture and sensitivity test advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have reviewed both the reports.
The semen analysis done today shows improved and good sperm motility, and rest all the parameters are normal, except just borderline liquefaction time, few pus cells and sperm aggregation.
These findings can be due to infection in the genital tract or due to contamination of the sample in the lab.
I will suggest him to get her semen culture and sensitivity test done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment if the infection is present.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.

Hi dear,
its better to take any antibiotic only after semen culture and sensitivity test, as it will give the information about the infecting organism and the appropriate antibiotic.
