Brief Answer:
There is nopossibility of natural pregnacy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the FNAC report of your testicles there i no evidence sggesting of Spermatogenic activity in both the testicles confirms congenital Testicular atrophy

Since FNAC represents small tiny segment of testicle, possibility of spermatogenic activity in other part can not be ruled out.Doing either open testicular biopsy or Micro Testicular Sperm Extraction (Micro TESE) can be attempted .

However with my experience I do not find any merit in going for such an expensive investigations .

Unfortunately there is hardly any thing that can be done if there is no spermatogenic activity in testicles and make an attempt to extract sperm .The only option is to go for sperm from healthy donor .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
No scientifically proved treatment available in any faculty of medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .I can understand your concern and anxiety .

Unfortunately there is no scientifically proved to be effective treatment in any faculty of medicine to cure Asthanoterratozoospermia .

Inhibib test is a marker test and just helps to detect status of gonadal function and does not offer a solution to resolve the basic problem .

There is no method or any chance that can reverse the pathology .
