Brief Answer:
You need to take it seriously. Visit a doctor at the earliest.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Could you please specify the location of your abdominal pain? I mean to ask whether it is in the upper central abdomen, whether it is in the lower abdomen, whether it is periumbilical, whether it is in the flanks, etc. It seems that due to some reason there is some inflammation involving the peritoneum (the membrane which covers all abdominal organs). This has led to accumulation of some fluid in the dependent area called pouch of XXXXXXX (POD). The condition needs to be taken seriously and you should visit a doctor and get yourself clinically evaluated. Treatment with suitable antibiotics might be necessary.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
