What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Question : Hi doctor,

Im pregnant with 5 weeks and i have 2 sons they are twins and I delivered the by C section i want to end my pregnancy of 5 weeks i took cytotic pills 4 oral and 4 from under... and i bbleed after 7 hours from the pills and i had Contractions non stop i went to the doctor to see if the abortion is done or not as if i need any medical help to clean my oval but i foud that my pregnancy hormone is growing and i took the pills again 4 oral under my Tongue and after 3 hours i used 2 more oral under my tongue after 1 hour i start to bleed and have contractions and pain then wen i wnt to the bathroom i had something very abnormal after i bleed a little i got something like the water coming from my under V at the beginning was like water then was with little blood with it i went to the doctor after 2 days and she makes ultrasound and she told me the gestational sac looks abnormal not round and not oval shape what should i make i sont want to be pregnant at this time as I already have 2 boys and they r twins please advise
