Brief Answer:
No reason for surgery right now.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I have gone through both the reports .
The lesion that is mentioned in both reports is called a fibroid.
It is a mostly non cancerous growth of the uterine muscles.
It is very common in women, more than 30 % of pre menopausal women have it.
There is no treatment required unless the fibroid is very big, or there is heavy bleeding , uncontrolled pain etc.
Is she having any symptoms such as these ?
Also, after taking Sevista, the size of the fibroid has decreased.
I can see no reason at all for surgery right now.
Just keep taking the medication and get a repeat scan after 3 months.
If she is having bad symptoms, then surgery such as myomectomy ( removal of the fibroid ) can be done .
So please tell me if there are any symptoms right now.
After menopause, most of the fibroids shrink in size, so there is definitely no indication for surgery at present.
Hope this information helps you.
Please feel free to discuss further.

Are there any symptoms ?

Detailed Answer:
No, that is not a problem at all.
No problem with the texture of the myometrium also.
The main issue is her symptoms.
Is she having symptoms ?
