I have hypoechoic mass located in myometrium in posterofundal part of uterus measuring 7.2* 6.6* 7.7 cm it round larg can this mass be malignant and how can I be sure about this and is this mass will affect prgnency and how it be treated my age is 29 yr

The ultrasound report is likely suggestive of uterine fibroid which is a benign tumor. However, the report has to be evaluated in detail to exclude the possibility of malignancy. So please follow up with your ObGyn.
