Brief Answer:
Ultrasound findings suggests normal findings.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Ultrasound findings suggests normal findings.
It is normal that there is no free fluid in pelvis.Mild free fluid may be present normally in females at the time of ovulation.
Other conditions that may cause fluid in pelvis in females are pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).
Beside these causes, systemic illness due to liver, heart problem, anemia etc may cause fluid in abdominal cavity.

Other findings like uterus, ovaries, endometrial cavity are also normal.

Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
