Question : On my urinalysis I had today read the following SG 1.015 pH 8 and bld 250. My question is that everything I find online about bld range or test it has a 1+ or 2+ or 3+. But why does mine say 250

'Blood 250' in urine report means there are red blood cells in urine (called as microscopic hematuria in medical terms) more than expected.

Generally we consider 0 to 3 red blood cells in urine as a normal result.

Can you send me your whole urine report?

You will need further evaluation by clinical examination and some relevant tests to your primary care doctor or family physician to detect the underlying cause of this red blood cells in urine.
