What Does My Urine Test Report Indicate?

Information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
You didn't list your gender or age, and that makes a difference in what the findings on your urinalysis might represent.
If you are a male, or a non-menstruating female (older or younger than child-bearing age), then it is abnormal to have red blood cells in the urine. It means that there is a small amount of bleeding in the urinary tract. Occasionally it can be from muscle cells after vigorous physical work or exercise, but not usually if there are also pus cells. The presence of pus cells means that there is either an infection in the urinary tract, or inflammation.
Can you please provide more history: age, gender, current symptoms, any ongoing health problems, medications you take, and any questions you would like me to answer about this. Thanks.

Hello -
I looked up Concor and see that is is bisoprolol which is a beta blocker (heart and blood pressure medicine). Looking at the professional data for this medication, genitourinary problems are not listed as being a side effect, so I don't think your medication effected your urinalysis.
Given that the urinalysis report says that the number of red blood cells is "occasional" this means a very small amount. We start doing further evaluation when there are more than 3-5 red blood cells identified on the urinalysis. The occasional pus that was seen may be because the specimen was slightly contaminated with epithelial (skin) cells.
I recommend just repeating the microscopic urinalysis in 2-4 weeks, and if there are more red blood cells, then further evaluation is warranted. But most likely the results will be the same, or the occasional blood and pus will have resolved, and then there is no need for further evaluation.
When you repeat the urinalysis, if you are uncircumcised, be sure to retract the foreskin adequately and use the sanitizing wipe they give you to clean, but be very gentle so that there is no trauma to the urinary meatus (opening where urine comes out) which could release a few red blood cells.
But for now, no need to worry, just repeat the test. Most likely it will be the same, or no rbcs or pus seen.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
