Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your urine shows small amounts of blood but no evidence of infection. This can occur if you have a stone in your urinary tract or have a condition called IgA nephropathy. You don't have diabetes and the ketones in the urine is due to the low carb high fat and high protein diet.

I do not have a high fat diet.( in fat I have lost 4 pounds in last two weeks.. documented at doctors office ) . I have restricted it to less then 25 grams a day! I am balancing lean proteins with lots of fiber. I am watching my cholestral as that also came just out of range.. ( sorry do not have numbers available at this point.. but I recall it was just out of range )

Brief Answer:
Ketonuria may be due to dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the update.
Please drink 3 litres of water (12 glasses )of water per day and repeat the urine ketones after 3 days. if the urine ketones remain you require to have further tests to check blood pH and bicarbonate.
