I recently had Vitamin tests of my blood samples. My THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) results were 5.81 (Reference range is 0.30 - 5.5). Is it something that I should be worried about?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query at HealthcareMagic.
I need to see your reports. Kindly upload your reports so that I am better able to help you.
If in your complete thyroid profile consisting of TSH, T3, T4 if only TSH is done and T3 and T4 are not done yet, then please get them done.
If only TSH is raised and T3 and T4 are within normal range and symptoms of weakness, then it maybe be start of hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism. In such a case you do not need thyroid supplements, but you do need to repeat thyroid profile every 6 months - 1 year. If the T3 and T4 also get deranged then take thyroid supplements after consulting with an endocrinologist. In special precautions, can try iodised salt and clean drinking water.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
