Brief Answer:
Mostly normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

Your report is mostly normal and there is nothing much to worry.

Only the following are somewhat out of range:

Lymphocytes: increased, suggest some infection

Vitamin D: very low, Take vitamin D supplement like Dvion XXXXXXX half a XXXXXXX every week for 3 months.

Direct bilirubin is little raised and not be worried about

LDL cholesterol is raised. Need to avoid fatty foods like milk products (cheese, ghee, sweets, etc). Also do regular exercise 20 min a day.

eGFR and creatinine is only slightly raised. This is to be correlated with any symptoms like puffiness of face/body, any change in urine, pain during urination, etc and any medical problems. Get a complete urine analysis. Avoid any unnecessary medicine that may damage kidney.
Drink cleaner water from RO system to avoid any infections.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks a lot for your detailed analysis.

For complete urine analysis, can you suggest some test names that needs to be carried out.

Hi again

Complete urinalysis is the name itself. It will include basic urinalysis and culture and sensitivity of urine.
