Question : I attended HIV test after 8 months 2 weeks of unprotected sex. Result is non reactive. Report attached. After that had another encounter with protected sex with CSW but had deep throat kissing. This incident happened 4 months one week before I went for the HIV test.
Can I consider this result conclusive?
Which generation test is it?
Do you feel this test result is OK?
Are they did Antibody and Antigen test together or just the antibody test?

As the test for antibodies have come negative after 4 and 8 months exposure. I consider it as negative and you can allay fears of HIV. The antigen has not been tested in this report.
Moreover The second exposure is also not a risk for HIV.

Do you feel that this test report is authentic? I am suffering from post nasal drip and voice changing. Since last 4 days I have ring warm at groin area.

It is more than 4 to 8 months such rash symptoms appear. Is it other STD?

If it is ring worm, how to treat it. I am in Kazakhstan and all necessary drugs not available here. I have Itch guard with me which I started applying since last 2 days.

If test is done at a well recognised or accredited lab it is authentic and you need not worry.
Post Nasal drip may be due simple respiratory infection due to respiratory contact with any individuals.
Fungal infection is known for recurrence and is not std.you can apply itchguard.if available go for terbinafine creams.wear loose innerwears.see that there is no retention of moisture. Use antifungal dusting powders like candid or absorb to prevent recurrence .

What kind of rash is it?
Is it related to any STD?
I had last sex months before, can std related rashes appear after 4 months?
I have candid powder and itch guard with me.

As per your advise I applied itch guard and candid powder. The old sores are drying up, but there are new blisters. I am attaching the photo for your consultation.
Are you still suggesting the same medicine? Is it just fungal infection or something else?

I could see improvement in the lesions. It is fungal infection.So you can continue treatment.see that there is no moisture or sweating or irritation in the area.wear loose inner cotton clothes.see there is good ventilation.
Use powders in morning after bath to prevent moisture .

I would have changed from itch guard to a clotrimazole cream like candid cream or terbinafine cream like sebifin.As itch guard has other ingredients which may be reason it is better to have plain antifungal cream than combination.

I did not close the discussion to update you about the status of the rash.
It dried a lot. The nearby skin on the testicle became dry and skin went off. I am attaching the photographs.
