Brief Answer:
This could be related to your liver, gall bladder or the kidneys!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

The location of this pain makes it to be possibly related to the liver, gall bladder or kidneys. You will need to be examined and probably do an abdominal ultrasound to look at these organs to see which of them is the cause of this pain. The treatment plan would depend on the initial findings and the final diagnosis.

Should the pain become severe in the interim, I will suggest you take a pain killer such as Tylenol 1000mg at most three daily.

In all, you should see a doctor and get an ultrasound of the abdomen to look at the various organs. Treatment would depend on the exact cause. It is okay to start with your primary care doctor.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
