Question : i have an iud identified in the lower uterine segment of the endometrial cavity adjacent to the cervix, the endometrium measures 1.3 cm.

                                    Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Presence of an IUD in the lower uterine segment is sugestive of a displaced IUD. It increases your chances of infection and intermittent uterine bleeding.
It is best to get yourself examined by the gynecologist so that she can evaluate you and can reposition or remove the IUD.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
