It is likely to be a blood clot (Hemospermia).
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed black thread like stuff being discharged with semen during ejaculation .
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you married ?
2) Do you have Hematuria (Blood in urine)?
3) Do you have painful ejaculation ?
The blood clot that is ejaculated with semen is mostly from the superficial vein on the surface of prostate which bleeds and get sealed off immediately .
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis .
1) Semen examination and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Endoscopic examination of bladder and prostate (Cystoscopy).
In the mean while start taking Doxicycline and Diclofenac twice daily .
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
The problem that you have is not serious at all however needs to trace out the source of bleeding .
You can take antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily for 2 weeks and observe for any improvement and take a call to consult Urologist and to do investigations depending upon the situation at that particular time.
Thanks and Regards.
