What Does Purplish Bruise On Vagina After Sex Indicate?

Question: Today I had and I haven't have sex in about 3 weeks and he's my only sex partner and I'm his only sex partner but after sex I went to go pee and I felt something had like ripped feeling to it and I looked and this happened why is that? I don't have any stds I'm negative for everything but why did this happen? and what could that thing on my vagina be it's always been there and idk why? and another question lately I've been losing waay too much weight out of the blue last time I went to the doctor I was 135 now I'm 114 its very random and I also can't seem to eat anything and if I do I only eat once a day and that's it but I can eat a lot of fruit and that's about it do you know what this could be?

I'm talking about that black purpleish looking thing on my vagina what could that be?
