Can be due to after pains.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The abdominal pain after a delivery by C-section can be due to after pains due to contraction of the uterus or due to the pain in the healing stitches. This pain often gradually decreases after 4-5 weeks. in case the pain is very severe and is continuous or is gradually increasing then do consult your gynecologist for an examination.
