Brief Answer:
Testosterone Replacement options
Detailed Answer:
So it is the total testosterone which was low.
If all the major illnesses are ruled out for the low testosterone levels then it is left with only three major things. Aging, Obesity and Stress which contribute to low testosterone. While the former is progressive, you should work towards the other two. Naturally testosterone starts reducing by 30 yrs of age. Exercise and cutting down body fat. Stress plays an important role too so destressing techniques like Yoga, Meditation, healthy diet (esp nuts, beans, lentils, soyabean) with ample rest are very important. Zinc and Vitamin D supplementation helps too.
If all the above fail, testosterone replacement (injections) are given but they come with their own set of side effects like acne, sleep disturbances, body swelling etc.
Hope this is informative.

I am sorry for a delayed reply because of poor access to net. The sperm count and the good sperm count would be less with this condition.
At this age with such condition the possibility of fathering is less. I am sorry to say that.
