Brief Answer:
Most commonly ischemia or migraine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your MRI brain findings. These findings are commonly seen with ischemia (lack of blood supply to brain) or migraine.

In rare cases, it can occur in demyelinating illness such as multiple sclerosis.

In your case, the most likely possibility of these MRI changes is migraine.

Further diagnosis would require patients' symptoms and further investigations, if needed.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
