What Does The Following HIV Test Report Indicate?

Question : I have recently undergone hiv test and other test for chinese visa. It says HIV I Ag & Total Abs to HIV I & II findings 0.301. What does it mean? I have attached the screen shot with this. Two years back dude to an accident a doctor on the way has injected me with a syringe which was not properly sterlized. I am worried.
