Brief Answer:
SUSPICIOUS OF INFECTION, ELSE NORMAL.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
It means that there is some amount of infection in the cervix.
There is no risk of cancer.
The smear is essentially normal, except that it shows some evidence of inflammation.
There are some bacteria identified - coccobacilli.
THey are highly suspicious of an infection called BV - bacterial vaginosis.
If you have an altered discharge, foul smelling discharge, itching , redness, pain, tenderness - then this is further indicative of an infection.
It can be confirmed by a vaginal swab and culture also.
Otherwise there is nothing to worry.
It also indicates a shift in vaginal flora.
Do not overuse soaps, cleansers, douches of special gels.
Just clean the vagina with lukewarm water.
Use of antibiotics sometimes also can cause this picture.
All the best
