Brief Answer:
Stones, infection, prostate enlargement

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Your symptoms indicate irritation in the urinary tract. This could due to infection, inflammation, or prostate problems.

- how long have you this symptom?
-do you have any other symptoms? (pain or burning sensation while urinating, abdominal pain, fever, constipation, pain while having intercourse or masturbation?)
- what colour is your urine? Any smell?
-any other health issues? Any medications other than ciplox?

Your urine analysis is normal.

I recommend :
- drink plenty of water to flush out your kidneys. About 4 liters a day.
- avoid irritants like caffeine, sugar, carbonated drinks, spicy foods.
- an ultrasound of the abdomen to check for renal stones and prostate size.
- a repeat urine analysis (first morning urine)

If the discomfort doesn't go away in 2 days of trying the above measures, a consult with a urologist with results of the ultrasound is necessary.

Prostate enlargement can also cause these symptoms. I urge you to try my suggestions and if that doesn't provide relief, see a doctor at the earliest.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
