What Does The Lab Test Report Indicate?

Question : My brother have non Hodgkin's lymphoma, he treated by chimoterpy,radiation, stem cell in germane, the last does was in XXXXXXX 2015 , and told him your good and lymphoma is disappeared, but he does cd25 test last week and found the results is 1555??
The result in August was 1183. What is mean this result? Are the lymphoma repeated?
Please advice us .
