What Does Increase In Bone Marrow Count Of 157 Suggest?

I had chemo two years ago for non hodgkins lymphoma/ lukemia. I was stage 4 . I went for a check up today and they said that my blood that showed something wrong with my bone marrow. When I was first diagnosed he said my bone marrow was like 88 now it is 157. What does that mean.
