Question: i have blood in my urine after sexual intercourse. it stated about three weeks ago. and i have experienced it three times now. it usually starts with a blood and ends up with a clot

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Hematospermia after intercourse.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was it a dry vigorous sex with woman on top position?
2) Did you have any injury during intercourse?
3) Was there any bruising of the penis?
4) Did you have painful ejaculation?
5) Is there any difficulty in passing urine?

Fresh bleeding after intercourse commonly occurs due to injury to urethra.

Please post all the tests reports that you have undergone to make precise comments on your problem .

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute .

1) Was it a dry vigorous sex with woman on top position?it was a normal sex, it wasn't vigorous and i was on top.
2) Did you have any injury during intercourse? no
3) Was there any bruising of the penis? none
4) Did you have painful ejaculation? no pains at all
5) Is there any difficulty in passing urine? no difficulty at all.

the blood only comes out when i urinate after intercourse. it comes out and ends up with a blood clot(thick). My urine becomes normal after this until i have sex again.

I've refrain from sexual activity for two weeks, however, i experienced the same thing when i had sex yesterday. am now confused as i have completed the drugs and stayed for the two weeks as you advised. pls advice me on what next i can do
