Brief Answer:
It implies weak sperm motility

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Asthenospermia to be more precise refers to reduced strength of the sperm motility.

Pus cells is the main cause of such an abnormality in your case.

Pus cells point to infection of the genitourinary tract.

Elimination of the infection will normalise the sperm motility strength.

Antibiotics like Norfloxacin 400 mg twice a day for 5 days after meal taken under doctor's prescription will help to eliminate the infection and restore normal sperm motility.

Likewise Tab Co Q one tab a day for 3 months will effectively work as sperm boosters improving the overall performance of the sperm.

Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Yes you can father your child with these parameters.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Yes could certainly father a child with these seminal parameters.

You need not worry much on this.

All you need is to eliminate infection as already said.

Simple antibiotic therapy will eliminate pus cells and improve asthenospermia.

Yes you need to repeat seminal analysis but after 3 months since completion of antibiotics and CoQ.

Best option for boosting motility is through combination of ayurveda and allopathy.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Zenflox is good

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern.

Yes you can repeat the test at another lab since a single report alone is not reliable.

Zenflox OZ works well if taken for 7 days.

Grade 4 sperms are the strongest and swim fast in straight lines. They show progressive motility.

Any motility in excess of 30% with grade 3 and 2 together is good.

Hence you have normal motility parameters.

The no of dead sperms should not exceed 60% which is 405 in your case.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
