Liquefaction time: 20-40 minutes 4. Odor: Fishy 5. pH: Alkaline 6. Sperm counts: 20 million per ml of semen. 7. Motility: Atleast 50% sperms should have active motility 8. Morphology: Atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology 9. No abnormal cells, red blood cells, pus cells should be present. Presence of pus cells indicates infection of the genito-urinary tract 10. Immature cells should be less than 1%. In your case, the sperm count is less, only 16 million per ml. Only 30% sperms have active motion. 50% sperms are alive and have normal morphology. There is presence of pus cells and abnormal cells. First you need to get treated for infection since, presence of pus cells suggests infection of genito-urinary tract. The abnormal cells need to be examined by studying stained smears of sperms.
