Fertyl is a tablet that help in ovulation induction. It helps to produce more eggs so that you can conceive. The heart problem of the twins didnt occur due to that. That is a developmental anomaly and may occur due to various reasons like chromosomal defects,infection etc. Rest assurred that its not due to the fertyl tabs you took. Intrauterine death is very unfortunate and often goes unexplained.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Fertyl (Clomiphene) is a medication used to treat infertility. It acts by inducing ovulation when there are anovulatory cycles causing infertility.

It is very unlikely that this medication which you took before your pregnancy was the cause of the intra-uterine deaths. The cause of death is likely to be due to a congenital heart disease (since you mentioned that there was a 'hole in the heart' that was detected in the pregnancy scan).
