Brief Answer:
High blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I understand the high cost of medical care. If you do not want to go to the ER I recommend you to approach a general physician for such high blood pressure.
I usually start my patients on Amlodipine 5mg twice daily for such high blood pressure. You will also need to undergo blood tests like renal function test, urine routine, ultrasound abdomen to rule out any secondary causes of high blood pressure.

I also recommend you to

1. Exercise daily for atleast half hour a day
2. Low salt diet
3. Try to lose weight if you are over weight

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
