Question : Dear Sir,

My ECG says there is slight ST_T abnormality ? ( I,a,VL,V6). I FEEL SLIGHT DISCOFORT IN CHEST WHENEVER I EAT SOMETHING WITH BIRNING ON AND OFF. THE DOCTOR SAYS IT IS NOTHING YOU MAY GO FOR ATMT IBN FUTURE.

CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE ME UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS AND IS IT SERIOUS.

It is difficult to conclude from the given information
You need more work up

TMT – Treadmill exercise ECG – is necessary to evaluate ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease) / the symptom is not typical, but the ECG is an indication
Upper GI Endoscopy (Gastroscopy) is necessary to evaluate food pipe and stomach – because of the relation to food

At this age, it is wiser to get investigated and exclude them
Consult a cardiologist first / if TMT is negative, he will refer to a Gastroenterologist for endoscopy
