Question : Male age 49 yrs with history of hypertension on Amloguard 5 , ht 176 wt 92.8. ECG showing changes , Opinion required on the ECG report

Shows Left anterior hemiblock

Detailed Answer:
ECG shows left anterior semi block. If you don't have any cardiac symptoms and it was routine ECG nothing needs be done. If you have chest pain or had chest pain or any other cardiac symptoms like giddiness you need further evaluation and advisable to have an echo test done.
