Thanks for the query.
It means that there is no herpes virus in specimen that was sent to analysis so it is good for you. But these tests are not 100% accurate and if ther eis strong suspicious of hsv then you need to repeat test in 2-3 weeks. But consideing this, you dont have hsv.
