Question : I request to please review the Brain MRI report of my son who is 12 months old.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and reports and understand your concern.
The mri is normal.
The cause for delayed milestones may be due to hypoxic injury during perinatal period. The mri may sometimes be normal in such cases.
The milestones may be a bit slow in some normal cases too.
Continue the same treatment and physiotherapy.
Speech therapy can also be offered.
