I read your question and i understand your concern. With investigations and clinical correlation, i would say its too early to comment on the diagnosis. The mass needs ultrasound guided biopsy of lung. It is very safe and easily doable procedure so please i would recommend to be done as soon as possible, only that will finally confirm the type of the lesiona nd management will be accordingly. This procedure is safe and complaint with the baby.

If you cn risk pregnancy with using azathioprine of category D drug, why not go for a simple ultrasound guided biopsy to help confirm the cause, it may spare you of azathioprine as well.

Talk to a pulmonologist and let them decide what is best for you. I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and get back to me with the biopsy report.
